为深入贯彻国务院《国家职业教育改革实施方案》和教育部《职业教育提质培优计划》,全面落实北京市《关于深化职业教育改革的若干意见》,北京市于2015年启动高端技术技能人才贯通培养实验项目(简称贯通项目),项目的培养模式为2 + 3 + 2即2年基础文化文化课教育 + 3年职业教育 + 2年专业教育,形成七年一体培养模式。北京农业职业学院(简称我院)自2016年开展此项目,在学生素养培养的教育理念指导下,对贯通项目基础文化课学段的课程体系进行深入研究,构建了基础文化课程和综合素养课程一体的课程体系,并在实践中进行运行。In order to thoroughly implement the State Council’s “National Vocational Education Reform Imple-mentation Plan” and the Ministry of Education’s “Vocational Education Quality Improvement and Excellence Plan,” and to fully implement the Beijing Municipality’s “Several Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Vocational Education,” Beijing launched the High-end Technical and Skilled Talent Through-Training Experimental Project (referred to as the Through Project) in 2015. The training model for the project is 2 + 3 + 2, which is 2 years of basic cultural education + 3 years of vocational education + 2 years of professional education, forming a seven-year integrated training model. Since 2016, Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture (referred to as our college) has carried out this project, under the educational philosophy of cultivating students’ literacy, conducted in-depth research on the curriculum system of the basic cultural courses section of the Through Project, constructed an integrated curriculum system of basic cultural courses and comprehensive literacy courses, and has been implemented in practice.
职业院校基础文化课教师的课程思政发展对于培养社会主义建设者和接班人及培育高端技术技能人才具有重要意义。本文探讨了职业院校基础文化课教师课程思政的发展路径:第一,强化教师课程思政意识与能力;第二,推动以学生为中心的互动式教育;第三,提升教师思政素养;第四,增强课程思政建设的多方协作合力;第五,构建多元化、过程性的考核体系。通过路径实施全面提高职业院校基础文化课教师的教学质量,实现高端技能人才培养的多重目标。The development of ideological and political education for teachers of basic cultural courses in vocational colleges is of great significance for cultivating socialist builders and successors and cultivating high-end technical and skilled talents. This paper explores the development path of ideological and political education for teachers of basic cultural courses in vocational colleges: first, strengthening teachers’ awareness and ability of ideological and political education;second, promoting student-centered interactive education;third, improving teachers’ ideological and political literacy;fourth, enhancing the multi-party collaborative efforts in the construction of ideological and political education;fifth, building a diversified and process-based assessment system. Through the implementation of the path, the teaching quality of teachers of basic cultural courses in vocational colleges will be comprehensively improved, and the multiple goals of cultivating high-end skilled talents will be achieved.
