网络深入生活,成大学生学习生活的核心依赖,其心理效应凸显,引领心理学界研究新浪潮。探究网络成瘾对大学生心理的塑造与影响,成为发掘的研究热点。本文系统性综述网络成瘾概念,并深入剖析其心理成因。采用心理学视角,细致探究大学生网络成瘾现象,构建认知、情感、意志与网络行为之间的关联模型。网瘾深层诱因涵盖认知偏差、心理补偿需求、情绪宣泄及群体影响,为洞悉大学生网络成瘾现象开辟了新颖视角,揭示了成瘾行为的多元动因。Internet has become the core dependence of college students’ study and life, and its psychological effect is prominent, leading a new wave of psychological research. Exploring the shaping and influence of internet addiction on college students’ psychology has become a hot research topic. This paper systematically summarizes the concept of internet addiction and deeply analyzes its psychological causes. From the perspective of psychology, this paper explores the phenomenon of college students’ internet addiction in detail and constructs the correlation model between cognition, emotion, will and online behavior. The deep inducement of Internet addiction covers cognitive deviation, psychological compensation demand, emotional catharsis and group influence, which opens up a novel perspective for understanding the phenomenon of Internet addiction among college students and reveals the multiple motivations of addiction behavior.
