特效植物营养素对迟菜心淀粉酶活力及种子后代的影响被引量:5

利用特效植物营养素(SPNE)分别喷施迟菜心2次、1次,用清水喷施作对照,首次探讨喷施次数对迟菜心当代淀粉酶活力与产量的影响。将喷施SPNE 2次和对照的种子进行了分析,研究了SPNE的表观遗传效应对后代幼苗过氧化物酶(POD)活力的影响。结果表明,SPNE喷施增城迟菜心后,淀粉酶活力显著提高,迟菜心产量大幅度提高,且随着喷施次数增加,两者对应增加,喷施2次的比喷施1次的高,喷施1次的比对照高,相关分析结果表明,淀粉酶活力与迟菜心产量呈正相关。SPNE喷施迟菜心2次后种子也比对照大幅增产,种子千粒重增加,发芽势显著增加,种子后代活力增强。幼苗的叶面积更大,根系更发达,POD活力极显著提高,抗逆性增强,长势更佳。同时,进一步探讨了SPNE在迟菜心后代的表观遗传效应产生机理。

以沙糖桔为材料,采用特效植物营养素(SPNE)喷施植株进行了连续两年的试验,第1年的试验分为用营养素喷施和清水喷施两个类型,第2年将试验分为上年营养素喷施的再用营养素喷施、上年营养素喷施的用清水喷施、上年清水喷施的用营养素喷施及上年清水喷施的再用清水喷施4个类型。结果表明,SPNE处理的第1年能提高沙糖桔的产量和品质,上年经SPNE处理的沙糖桔在下年不处理还能产生超过对照的表观遗传效应,表现为产量性状及可溶性固形物含量、蛋白质含量、叶绿含量和过氧化物酶等生化性状超过对照。两年都用营养素处理的表现效果最佳。

以黑腹果蝇5个基因纯和的品系为材料,首次将特效植物营养素(SPNE)用于非植物,在果蝇培养基中添加SPNE,于18℃恒温下培养,发现它们幼虫出现、蛹的出现及羽化时间都比对照有所提前,使得生长发育加速,生活周期缩短,后代繁殖数量明显增多,体重也略有增加。试验结果证明SPNE在果蝇上效果很显著,为果蝇及其他昆虫的养殖提供了新的方法,为SPNE的应用和研究找到了新的材料和途径。

Effects of Special Plant Nutritional Elements on Honey Pomelo Fruits

[Objective] The effects of special plant nutritional elements on honey pomelo fruits were investigated. [Method] After the honey pomelo flowers faded, the special plant nutritional elements (SPNE) were sprayed on the honey pomelo plants. After an interval of 20 d or more, the SPNE were sprayed again. A total of 4 times of spraying were carried out before the harvesting. Then difference in yield, quality, fruit weight, fruit appearance, ball weight and internal characteristics were compared between the SPNE treatment group and the control group. [Result] Compared to that of the control group, the fruit number per plant of the SPNE treatment group was more, and the average fruit weight was higher, resulting in the higher yield in the SPNE treatment group. At the same time, the vitamin C and soluble solids con- tent in honey pomelo fruits of the treatment group was higher than that of the con- trol group. The quality of honey pomelo fruits was higher in the SPNE treatment group. The honey pomelo fruits treated with SPNE were bigger, more shining and cleaner. The fruits in the treatment group had no scar, but had more beautiful shape. The exocarp of the treatment group was thinner than that of the control group. The ball weight of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. Moreover, the ball appearance of the treatment group was cleaner. In the treatment group, the pulp segments were bigger and more consistent in size. In ad- dition, there were no internal cracks in the pulp segments. The fruits of the treat- ment group were more sparkling and more transparent. They tasted better. [Con- clusion] We hoped to provide a theoretical basis for the high-quality and high-yield- ing production of honey pomelo.

Objective] The effects of SPNE on the yield and biochemical quality of flowering Chinese cabbage were investigated in this study. [Method] The special plant nutritional element (SPNE) was sprayed on the flowering Chinese cabbage plants after the beginning of harvesting. The effects of SPNE on the yield traits and biochemical quality traits of flowering Chinese cabbage were investigated in the un-conventional using period. [Results] The results showed the flowering stalk of flow-ering Chinese cabbage developed earlier and grew fasterly for the SPNE treatment;the diameter, length and weight of flowering stalk of SPNE-treated flowering Chi-nese cabbage were al higher than that of control. The SPNE treatment could not only increase yield, but also bring better biochemical quality. The protein, vitamin C and calcium contents, especial y the chlorophyl and sugar contents in the SPNE-treated flowering Chinese cabbage were al higher than that of control, making the SPNE-treated flowering Chinese cabbage taste better. [Conclusion] lt was indicated although sprayed after the beginning of harvesting, the SPNE had a certain effect on the flowering Chinese cabbage.

Epigenetic Effects of Special Plant Nutritional Elements(SPNE) on Four Generations of Conventional Rice

[Objective] The epigenetic effects of special plant nutritional elements (SP-NE) on 4 generations of conventional rice were investigated. [Method] The 4 gener-ations of a conventional rice cultivar were al treated with the SPNE. The effects of SPNE on the yield of the 4 generations were investigated. From the 1st generation to the 4th generations, some seeds were treated with the SPNE and water alterna-tively, and some seeds were treated with the SPNE persistently. Under these condi-tions, the effects of SPNE on the yield of rice were studied. In addition, the epige-netic effects of spraying times of SPNE on the yield of rice within the same gener-ation were studied. According to the national standard for pol utant content in food (GB 2762-2012), the heavy metal content, particularly the Cd content, and the pro-tein content in rice grains were determined. [Result] The increase and the epigenetic increase of yield of rice treated with SPNE were al enlarged generation by genera-tion. The yield differed among different plots even under the same SPNE treatment. But the yield increase was similar within the same plot. The epigenetic effects of spraying times of SPNE on the yield were also similar. The pol utant content in rice grains was al less than the limited content required by the national standard. The Cd content was lower and the protein content was higher in the rice treated with SPNE compared to that in the rice treated with water, indicating the rice treated with SPNE was more safe and nutritional. [Conclusion] We hope to provide a theo-retical basis for the production of conventional rice.

特效植物营养素对特色蔬菜迟菜心的增产效应被引量:3

迟菜心是广州增城的特色蔬菜,为提高其产量用特效植物营养素(SPNE)喷施迟菜心,两批试验的研究结果均表明,在相同条件下,SPNE喷施后迟菜心的商品产量大幅度高于对照,抗逆性也提高了。其增产效应主要表现为促进叶面积增大、叶绿增加,使光合作用能力增强,从而植株的叶重增加、绿叶片数增多,苔粗增加,商品产量大幅增加。用SPNE喷施迟菜心,其种子产量、质量都超过对照,使用户在大幅度提高产量和收入的同时获得优良种子。SPNE在农业生产上具有广阔的应用前景。

特效植物营养素(SPNE)对不同时期种植的迟菜心采取相同的方法喷施植株,比较SPNE对迟菜心生物产量、商品产量、种子产量的影响差异。结果表明:SPNE处理方法相同但迟菜心种植时期不同,SPNE对迟菜心的生物产量、商品产量、种子产量的增产效果都很明显,但种植时期不同处理效果存在差异,在适宜迟菜心生长的时期使用SPNE增产效果更佳。

特效植物营养素(SPNE)在龙眼采收前2个月进行系列试验,比较SPNE喷施3次、喷施1次和KH2PO4对照的果实产量、商品产量及对影响产量的相关性状进行研究。结果表明:SPNE处理提高了单果重量、果实数、可溶性固形物、糖和维生C的含量、果肉的质量,增加了果枝的粗度,增强了抗大风雨的能力,落果少,使每穗结果数比对照明显增加,取得了显著的增产效果,喷施3次的效果最好。
