随着医患关系紧张、医疗资源分配不均与医疗公平性等问题的凸显,医学教育仅注重专业能力培养已无法满足时代需求,亟需通过思想政治教育提升医学生的综合素质。马克思社会公仆思想以“服务人民、奉献社会”为核心,与医学职业精神高度契合,将其融入医学生思想政治教育具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。文章从服务人民的时代需求、职业伦理建设的内在要求、理论与实践结合的教育路径等方面阐明了马克思社会公仆思想融入医学生思想政治教育的必要性,并提出了具体的教育路径,包括理论教育、实践教学、校园文化建设、师资培训与评价机制五个方面,以全面提升医学生的思想政治素质和职业道德水平。通过这一探索,本文旨在为新时代医学教育改革提供理论依据与实践参考,助力培养具有社会公仆精神的高素质医学人才,为健康中国战略的实施与医疗事业的长远发展提供坚实的人才支撑。The increasing complexity of doctor-patient relationships, uneven distribution of medical resources, and healthcare equity issues highlight the inadequacy of solely focusing on technical training in medical education.
