为助力新质生产力的提升,培养具有创新能力和实践素质的经管类本科人才成为高等教育的重点课题。基于协同创新教育在经济管理教育中的重要性,本文围绕增强经管类本科人才培养中的协同创新教育模式展开分析。在归纳总结当前经管类本科培养中的协同创新教育模式现状的基础上,指出其在课程设置、师资力量和实践平台等方面存在的问题。而后借鉴国内外典型的协同创新教育案例,结合调查与反馈,提出了关于经管类本科人才培养中协同创新教育模式的优化对策,包括优化课程设计与教学方法、加强校企合作与实践平台建设、完善反馈机制与学生参与、提升师资水平与教育资源以及增强国际合作与全球视野等。本文的结论可为经管类本科人才培养的教育体系构建提供理论与实践参考。To enhance the development of new productive forces, cultivating undergraduates in economics and management with innovative abilities and practical skills has become a key focus in higher education. Based on the importance of collaborative innovation education in the field of economic management, this paper analyzes the enhancement of the collaborative innovation education model in undergraduate talent cultivation. Summarizing the current status of collaborative innovation education in undergraduate economics and management programs, the paper points out issues in areas such as curriculum design, faculty strength, and practical platforms. Drawing from typical cases of collaborative innovation education both domestically and internationally, and combined with surveys and feedback, the paper proposes optimization strategies for the collaborative innovation education model in undergraduate talent cultivation.
