课堂教学是落实人才培养目标的主战场,有效的课堂教学质量评价体系有助于提升教学质量水平。本研究基于工程教育专业认证标准,确定了课堂教学质量评价体系建立原则,构建了三层次的课堂教学质量评价指标体系。在背景评价、输入评价、过程评价、成果评价四个一级指标下,设立了11个二级指标、26个三级指标。为工科专业进行课堂教学质量评价体系提供了有益的参考。Classroom teaching is the main battlefield to implement the goal of talent training. Effective classroom teaching quality evaluation system is helpful to improve the level of teaching quality. Based on the professional certification standards of engineering education, this study determined the principles of establishing the classroom teaching quality evaluation system, and constructed a three-level classroom teaching quality evaluation index system. Under the four first-level indexes of context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation and product evaluation, 11 second-level indexes and 26 third-level indexes were set up. It provides a reference for the evaluation system of classroom teaching quality for engineering majors.
高校课堂教学评价是高校教学管理过程的重要组成部分,也是保障人才培养目标的关键一环,更是推动高质量高等教育发展的重要抓手。文章从评价的不同维度出发,基于OBE教育理念,结合高校课堂教学目前普遍存在的评价客体内容窄化、评价主体参与失衡、评价形式偏向量化、评价指标千篇一律、评价目标追求错位等问题,提出建议:融入发展性的教学评价理念、关注评价内容特色与整全性、构建多元主体协同评价体系、健全课堂教学评价反馈机制。Classroom teaching evaluation in colleges is an important part of the teaching management process, a key link to ensure the goal of talent training and an important starting point for promoting the development of high-quality higher education. This paper starts from different dimensions of evaluation, based on the OBE concept, combined with the common problems in college classroom teaching, such as the narrowing of the evaluation content, unbalanced participation of evaluation subject, quantification of evaluation form, uniform evaluation indicators, and misplaced pursuit of evaluation objectives, put forward several suggestions: integrate the developmental teaching evaluation concept, pay attention to the characteristics and integration of evaluation content, build a multi-subject collaborative evaluation system, and improve the feedback mechanism of classroom teaching evaluation.
