本研究旨在调查民办高校教师心理健康现状及影响因素,为提高民办高校教师心理健康水平提供思路。本研究采用问卷调查方法对245名广西民办高校教师进行问卷调查,调查结果显示广西民办高校教师心理健康水平偏低,教师工作压力显著负向预测心理健康水平,工作自我效能感与学校归属感显著正向预测心理健康水平。广西民办高校教师心理健康状况需得到重视,减轻民办高校教师工作压力,提升民办高校教师工作自我效能感与学校归属感,可促进民办高校教师心理健康水平提升。The purpose of this study is to investigate the mental health status and influencing factors of teachers in Private University, and provide ideas for improving the mental health level of Private University. This study uses the questionnaire survey method to carry out a questionnaire survey of 245 teachers in Guangxi Private University. The survey results show that the mental health level of teachers in Guangxi Private University is low, the work pressure of teachers is significantly negative to predict the mental health level, and the work self-efficacy and school belonging sense are significantly positive to predict the mental health level. The mental health status of teachers in Guangxi Private University needs to be paid attention to. Reducing the work pressure of teachers in Private University, improving the work self-efficacy and school belonging of teachers in Private University can promote the mental health level of teachers in Private University.
