Preparation and Photocatalytic Properties of g-C_3N_4 /TiO_2 Hybrid Composite被引量:5

g-C3N4/TiO2 composite were prepared by hydrolysis of Ti(OC4Hn9) 4 and the precursors of g-C3N4 at room temperature and annealing in nitrogen atmosphere.X-ray diffraction results revealed that all the products were anatase structure.The chemical nature of O,N of the g-C 3N4/TiO2 were identified by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,presenting N-Ti-O and N-Ti-N doping status of the composite.The g-C3N4 /TiO2 composite showed better photocatalytic activity for the UV and visible-light degradation of Rhodamine B.

Multi-step Reaction Route Developed for Improving Crystallinity of Boron Nitride Nanoparticles

A multi-step reaction route was developed to synthesize boron nitride(BN) nanoparticles via the reactionbetween NaN3 and BC13 in a benzene-thermal solution. By means of this route, the crystallinity of BN nanoparticleswas improved via increasing the reaction steps. Meanwhile, a phase transformation from hexagonal BN(hBN) or tur-bostratic BN(tBN) to cubic BN(cBN) occurred, resulting in the increase of cBN content. Moreover, the content ofcBN also slightly increased when the temperature was elevated from 265 ℃ to 280 ℃.

High laser damage threshold LiNa_(5)Mo_(9)O_(30) prism:for visible to mid-infrared range

In this study,an excellent polarization optical crystal LiNa_(5)Mo_(9)O_(30) with wide transmission range and high laser damage threshold was researched in detail.The laser damage threshold of the LiNa_(5)Mo_(9)O_(30) crystal was measured to be 2.64GW/cm^(2),which was the highest among polarized optical crystals.The birefringence in the range of 0.435-5μm was larger than 0.14,while the wedge angle between 31.94°and 32.12°would satisfy the application in this waveband.The extinction ratio of the fabricated prism with the wedge angel of 31.09°was larger than 15,000:1.The results show that the LiNa_(5)Mo_(9)O_(30) prism is an excellent polarization device,especially in the mid-infrared range and high-power applications.

Trger's base (TB) is a well-known chiral molecule with rigid concave shape that makes it applicable in different areas such as superamolecular chemistry,molecular recognition,biological labeling,and so on.In this article,we briefly summarize some recent research progress in the optoelectronic properties of novel TB analogues and their applications in optoelectronic field with emphasis on the developments achieved in our group.

利用水热法合成了立方氮化硼(cBN),利用立方氮化硼在特定反应条件下的自发团聚现象,提出了一种使混合物中的立方氮化硼在反应过程中自发纯化的新方法.提高原料浓度、反应温度和搅拌速度有利于获得较大粒径的立方氮化硼和尺寸分布均匀的团聚颗粒,但提高反应压力则会导致相反的结果.探讨了自团聚现象在生长大尺寸立方氮化硼晶体以及非均相合成中的潜在应用价值.
