Biomimetic Corrugated Silicon Nanocone Arrays for Self-Cleaning Antireflection Coatings被引量:8

Corrugated silicon nanocone(SiNC)arrays have been fabricated on a silicon wafer by two polystyrene-sphere-monolayer-masked etching steps in order to create high-performance antireflective coatings.The reflectance was reduced from above 35%to less than 0.7%in the range 400-1050 nm,and it remained below 0.5%at incidence angles up to 70°at 632.8 nm for both s-and p-polarized light.The fluorinated corrugated SiNC array surface exhibits superhydrophobic properties with a water contact angle of 164°.

有机发光分子在聚苯胺微结构上的选择性吸附被引量:2

We developed a method for patterning organic light emitting molecules with polyaniline(PANI) microstructure as a template.Its microstructure was characterized with atomic force microscopy(AFM).PANI microstructure was treated with O2 plasma at low power and short time to get the hydroxyl groups on the silicon substrate,meanwhile,which can minimize the impact on PANI structure.We modified the structure with fluoro-silane reagent through self-assembly to make substrate bearing different surface energies on different areas.Finally,we deposited dyes on substrate by evaporation.The results show that the dyes on the fluoro-silane monolayer can move toward the PANI structure during storage duration and form the structure of organic light emitting molecules.

模板诱导有机发光小分子定位沉积被引量:1

通过模板诱导有机发光小分子定位沉积的方法构筑了大面积纳微米尺度的荧光图案.模板是以纳米压印技术构筑的聚合物微结构为阻挡层蒸镀金属,经Lift-off后形成的金属微结构.在模板表面,有机发光小分子与金属区域的结合能大于与裸硅片区域的结合能,因此,选择结构合适的模板可诱导有机发光小分子定位沉积.这种快速制备大面积荧光图案的方法在提高有机光致发光器件的光抽取效率方面具有潜在的应用价值.

Scaffold-like 3D networks fabricated via the organogelation of β-diketone-boron for fluorescent sensing organic amine vapors

A new compoud based on carbazole functionalized β-diketone-boron difluoride(1) was synthesized.It is found that compoud 1 can gel toluene,ethylbenzene and some mixed solvents,and 3D networks consisting lots of nanofibers were observed using SEM and fluorescence microscopy.The molecular packing model in xerogel 1 was proposed according to the results of XRD,UV/Vis absorption and semiempirical calculations.The obtained nanofibers prepared through organogelation can emit strong orange light under irradiation.It is interesting that the fluorescence of the nanofiber-based film can be quenched quickly and significantly upon exposed to the vapors of n-butylamine,dibutylamine,triethylamine,triethylamine,cyclohexylamine,aniline and pyridine instead of other common reagents.Notably,the response time of the nanofiber-based film to aniline vapor reached ca.0.59 s,and the detection limit for aniline was as low as ca.0.83 mL/m 3.
