超声导波技术在管道缺陷检测及评价中的应用被引量:12

超声导波技术是一种新兴的无损检测技术,由于其检测距离长、速度快、成本低、且可以对常规管道检测方法无法接近的管道进行检测及评价,多用于对带夹具、有套管或埋地管道的检测.笔者对管道超声导波的检测原理,以及超声导波在管道中的传播和衰减特性进行了研究,分析了影响管道超声导波检测准确性的主要因素,并采用纵向和扭转模态导波对一段24,,m长、存在复杂管道特征及人为加工缺陷的管道进行了实验.
