Pure phase MoN: preparation by chemical-diffused permeation and enhanced conductivity with rare earth Gd

MoN was prepared by rare earth Gd thermaldiffused permeation method via solid–gas interface reaction using(NH4)4[NiMo6O24H6]á7H2O(abbreviated as NiMo6) as the precursor. Thermo-gravimetric differential thermal analysis(TG–DTA) was used to study the product's stability. The results of X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) indicate that a new hexagonal crystal MoN forms after the rare earth gas permeation and Gd3+are diffused as substitution ions into the crystal lattice of MoN, and the surface valence of elemental content was measured by XPS. The conductivity results by direct current(DC) four-probe method show that MoN obtained from the Gd thermal permeation exhibits conductor character in the temperature range of 298–740 K and semiconductor behavior in 740–800 K.

大长径比三水碳酸镁晶须的制备及晶体生长机理被引量:15

以菱镁矿为原料,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为添加剂,采用水化碳酸化法?低温水溶液法制备了大长径比三水碳酸镁(MgCO3·3H2O)晶须。对产物物相组成、形貌和热化学过程进行表征,探讨Mg(HCO3)2溶液pH值和SDS用量对产物晶体形态的影响,研究MgCO3·3H2O晶体结构,并分析晶须生长机制。结果表明:Mg(HCO3)2溶液p H值为7.3±0.2,SDS用量为5.0 g/L时,可得到平均长度150μm、长径比达50的棒状MgCO3·3H2O晶须。MgCO3·3H2O与4MgCO3·Mg(OH)2·4H2O的热化学过程类似,分解产物均为MgO、CO2和H2O。MgCO3·3H2O晶须生长是螺型位错延伸的结果,结晶过程中,[MgO6]正八面体生长基元通过Mg?O键以共顶点的方式沿[010]方向自组装并快速生长。

Surface modification mechanism of magnesium oxysulfate whiskers via wet chemical method被引量:4

Magnesium oxysulfate whisker(MOSW) was produced using magnesite and sulfuric acid as raw materials by hydrothermal method and further modi?ed by taking zinc stearate as modi?er via wet chemical method.The in?uences of the amount of modi?er, slurry concentration, modi?cation duration, modi?cation temperature and the stirring rate on the surface modi?cation were investigated. The effects of surface modi?cation in functional groups, morphology and electron binding energies of surface elements of MOSW were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The mechanism of modi?cation was analyzed by studying the microstructure model of the surface of MOSW, which was modi?ed by zinc stearate. The results show that the coordination is generated by the Mg element and O in carboxylic ion of modi?er, and the chemical bond could be obtained by modi?cation. Moreover, the surface of MOSW bonds the molecules of zinc stearate, and it becomes rough. Then, the hydrophobicity of MOSW is also improved signi?cantly. In addition, the 1s electron binding energies of Mg and O on the surface of MOSW decrease by1.2 and 0.2 eV, respectively.

粒度对食品医药用硅藻土助滤剂渗透性能的影响被引量:3

为了给GB 24265—2009的逐步完善提供参考,以临江硅藻土助滤剂厂产食品医药用助熔焙烧品硅藻土助滤剂(ZBS)和食品医药用焙烧品硅藻土助滤剂(BS)为试样,采用硅藻土助滤剂渗透率测试装置考察了粒度对它们渗透性能的影响。结果表明,两种试样的渗透率随粒度的变化都可以用呈正比例关系的线性方程描述,但ZBS试样的粒度对渗透率影响更显著,而且在相同粒度下,ZBS试样的渗透率高于BS试样的渗透率。由渗透率与粒度关系的线性回归方程,得出食品医药用ZBS的d50范围应为24.6~131.4μm,食品医药用BS的d50范围应为2.9~79.8μm。

Magnesium hydroxide whisker modified via in situ copolymerization of n-butyl acrylate and maleic anhydride被引量:1

Magnesium hydroxide(MH) whiskers were modified via in situ polymerization of n-butyl acrylate and maleic anhydride. Sodium dodecyl sulfonate was used as emulsifier. The modifying effect was evaluated by using contact angle and activation index. The thermal stability,functional groups, structure, morphology, phase composition and surface element valence of MH whiskers were characterized by thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). Results reveal that the contact angle and activation index of modified MH whiskers are 105°and 76.5%, the thermal stability shows little change, and the decomposition temperature ranges between 38 and419 ℃. The copolymer of n-butyl acrylate and maleic anhydride absorbed on the surface of MH whiskers leads to the increased diameter and makes the surface of whiskers be rougher. Furthermore, the absorption of element C on the surface of MH whiskers increases, and the diffraction intensity of C 1 s spectra increases; thus, the compatibility of whiskers in the organic phase can be improved significantly. Lastly, the surface molecular model of MH whiskers modified via in situ copolymerization of n-butyl acrylate and maleic anhydride is established.

柠檬酸辅助下三水碳酸镁晶须的水合制备研究被引量:4

以菱镁矿煅烧所得活性氧化镁为原料,柠檬酸为助剂,采用水合法制备了三水碳酸镁晶须,主要研究柠檬酸用量、热解温度和热解时间对晶体制备过程的影响。利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析了产物的物相组成及微观形貌。结果表明:热解温度90℃,柠檬酸用量0.3%~3%,热解时间30~120min时,均获得结晶和分散性良好,平均直径为3.5μm的三水碳酸镁晶须;柠檬酸辅助下,热解温度75~95℃,得到平均长径比为15的棒状MgCO_3·3H_2O晶须。柠檬酸对MgCO_3·3H_2O向4MgCO_3·Mg(OH)_2·4H_2O相转变进程具有抑制作用。

三水碳酸镁法制备碱式碳酸镁过程研究被引量:8

以菱镁矿为原料,先合成MgCO_3·3H_2O晶须,并以此为前驱体,制备了高纯414型碱式碳酸镁,主要研究机械搅拌作用对结晶过程的影响。利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析了碱式碳酸镁物相组成及微观形貌。结果表明,搅拌有助于加快相转变进程,热解温度70℃,搅拌作用下,60 min时,MgCO_3·3H_2O全部转变为形貌均匀的多孔棒状4MgCO_3·Mg(OH)_2·4H_2O;而无搅拌作用下,90 min时MgCO_3·3H_2O全部转变为多孔玫瑰花状4MgCO_3·Mg(OH)_2·4H_2O微球。4MgCO_3·Mg(OH)_2·4H_2O晶体中,Mg^(2+)呈现两种不同的正八面体配位,MgO_6正八面体通过共顶点和共棱的方式连接而成,分别沿[100]和[001]方向快速生长,最终形成球状或棒状形貌。
