Effects of ceria/zirconia ratio on properties of mixed CeO_2-ZrO_2-Al_2O_3 compound被引量:4

A series of CexZr0.50-xAl0.50O1.75(0.05≤x≤0.45) mixed oxides with different Ce/Zr ratio were prepared by co-precipitation method and characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),Brunauer-Emmet Teller method(BET),temperature-programmed reduction(H2-TPR) and oxygen pulsing technique.The XRD results showed that all samples kept the single CeO2 cubic fluorite structure after calcination at 600 and 1000 oC for 5 h.The results of BET revealed that CexZr0.50-xAl0.50O1.75 with Ce/Zr molar ratio 1/1 exhibited higher specific surface area(212 m2/g) and larger pore volume(0.40 ml/g).For all aged samples,CZA with Ce/Zr molar ratio 3/7 presented the highest specific surface area(104 m2/g) and pore volume(0.34 ml/g).The compounds could still keep prominent structural and textural stability with excellent redox properties even calcined at 1000 oC.

两步沉淀法制备耐高温和优异还原性能CeO_2材料(英文)被引量:2

分别采用两种沉淀方法制备了CeO2:以传统的氨水为沉淀剂,在氨水沉淀法前引入碳铵沉淀步骤(两步沉淀法)。采用热重-差热(TG-DTA)、傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)、X光电子能谱(XPS)等手段对沉淀及其分解过程进行了研究。结果表明,在两步沉淀法中的第一步,碳酸物种为主要沉淀物种,而在第二步中被氢氧根取代。X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)结果表明,两步沉淀法生成的沉淀颗粒粒径更大。通过两步沉淀法制备的CeO2与氨水沉淀相比具有更好的抗高温老化性能和还原性能。经过900℃焙烧3 h后,仍然具有25 m2.g-1和0.11 cm3.g-1的比表面和孔容。

掺杂不同量Nd_2O_3对CeO_2-ZrO_2-Al_2O_3材料性能的影响被引量:2

采用共沉淀法制备了一系列Nd2O3含量为0~13wt%的CeO2-ZrO2-A12O3(CZA)复合氧化物,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、低温N2吸附–脱附、氧脉冲吸附(OSC)、H2–程序升温还原(H2-TPR)及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法对所制备的材料进行了表征.研究结果表明,Nd2O3在CZA固溶体中的溶解限约为10wt%,过量Nd的添加会出现分相形成Nd0.5Ce0.5O1.75氧化物.掺杂适量Nd能有效抑制氧化物晶粒的长大,提高材料的热稳定性和氧化还原性能.Nd2O3的掺杂量为10wt%时,样品的织构稳定性最好,1000℃老化5 h后,比表面积和孔容分别达97.14 m2/g和0.44 mL/g.Nd2O3的掺杂量为7wt%时,样品有高的储氧量,经600℃和1000℃焙烧后储氧量分别为938.01μmol/g和821.72μmol/g;体相氧的移动能力最强,还原性能最佳,老化后还原峰温由465℃升高到483℃.SEM结果表明,所制备的材料均为球形颗粒,Nd2O3的添加可以有效阻止高温焙烧过程中粒子的团聚.

YSZ-Al_2O_3的制备及其负载的单钯密偶催化剂的催化性能被引量:3

采用胶溶法制备了含YSZ(Y2O3稳定的ZrO2,质量比为1:9)为0,10wt%,15wt%,20wt%,25wt%的YSZ.A120,。分别用低温N2吸附-脱附、X射线衍射(XRD)、氨气程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)技术对它们进行了表征。低温N2吸附结果表明,1000℃焙烧5h后,钇锆含量为15%的YSZ—A120,有最大的比表面积和孔容,分别达到146m^2·g^-1和0.41mL·g^-1,孔径分布集中在9~10nm。XRD结果表明,添加钇锆的氧化铝以γ相存在,钇锆以固溶体形式存在于氧化铝中。以YSZ—Al2O3材料为载体,采用浸渍法制备了Pd含量为2g·L^-1的单钯密偶催化剂。催化剂活性测试结果表明,添加钇锆能有效地提高催化剂对丙烷的催化活性。当钇锆含量达到15%时,催化剂的起燃温度最低.为275℃。

Effects of La_2O_3 contents on the Pd/Ce_(0.8)Zr_(0.2)O_2-La_2O_3 catalysts for methanol decomposition被引量:2

The catalytic behaviors of Pd (1.4 wt.%) catalysts supported on CeO2-ZrO2 promoted with La2O3 were investigated for methanol decomposition. The measurements of inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy (ICP), N2 adsorption-desorption (BET), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), temperature-programmed reduction (TPR) and oxygen storage capacity (OSC) were used to characterize the properties of catalysts. The catalysts' activities were tested in a fixed bed continuous flow reactor operating under atmospheric pressure. The Pd/Ce0.8Zr0.2O2-5 wt.%La2O3 catalyst exhibited the best activity. The reasons for this were twofold: (1) doping of La improved effectively textural properties of CeO2-ZrO2 oxygen storage materials, and (2) Pd/Ce0.8Zr0.2O2-5 wt.%La2O3 possessed super oxygen storage property and reducibility due to the existence of lattice defect oxygen or mobile oxygen, which helped to re-oxidize zerovalent Pd0 to a partly oxidized Pdδ+. By introducing 5 wt.%La2O3, the specific surface area of the sample increased, but declined if further increasing the content of La2O3 to 10 wt.%.

Ce0.50Zr0.50O2中掺杂M(M = Mn,Y)对乙酸乙酯燃烧催化剂MnOx/Ce0.50-zZr0.50-zM2zOy/Al2O3性能的影响被引量:3

考察了乙酸乙酯催化燃烧时,铈锆固溶体中掺杂M(M=Mn,Y)对催化剂MnOx/Ce0.50-zZr0.50-zM2zOy/Al2O3活性的影响.结果表明:Mn的掺杂明显增加了储氧材料的储氧量(OSC),Y的掺杂明显降低了催化剂的还原温度;Mn和Y的同时掺杂兼具Mn掺杂和Y掺杂的优点.催化剂MnOx/Ce0.40Zr0.40Mn0.10Y0.10Oy/Al2O3性能最佳,乙酸乙酯完全转化温度为513K,且T10%和T100%间隔的温度范围最窄,可适用于较大初始浓度变化范围和较高空速(GHSV)条件下的乙酸乙酯净化.H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR)和X射线衍射(XRD)测试显示,MnOx/Ce0.40Zr0.40Mn0.10Y0.10Oy/Al2O3具有较低的还原温度和较大的还原峰面积;Mn和Y进入铈锆固溶体的晶格,改善了其织构性能,促进了锰氧化物在载体表面的分散.

不同锆源对Pd/Ce_(0.45)Zr_(0.45)La_(0.1)O_(1.95)整体式三效催化剂性能的影响(英文)

分别以ZrOCO3,ZrO(NO3)2和Zr(NO3)4为锆源采用双氧水氧化-共沉淀法合成了Ce0.45Zr0.45La0.1O1.95储氧材料,并用湿法浸渍法制备了Pd/Ce0.45Zr0.45La0.1O1.95三效催化剂,用X射线衍射、拉曼光谱、N2吸附、X射线光电子能谱、氢气程序升温还原和氧脉冲等技术对该催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,以ZrOCO3和ZrO(NO3)2为锆源时所制催化剂上只能检测到单一的CeO2-ZrO2立方相,而以Zr(NO3)4为锆源制备的催化剂经老化后却能检测到四方相;另外,在模拟汽车尾气组分和工作条件下考察了整体型Pd/Ce0.45Zr0.45La0.1O1.9催化剂的三效活性.结果表明,以ZrOCO3为前驱体制备的整体式Pd/Ce0.45Zr0.45La0.1O1.9催化剂对C3H8,CO和NO具有最佳的催化活性.认为ZrOCO3更有利于Zr4+和La3+进入CeO2晶格形成均一固溶体,从而提高催化剂的高温稳定性和氧化还原性能.

CeO_2-ZrO_2-La_2O_3-Al_2O_3 composite oxide and its supported palladium catalyst for the treatment of exhaust of natural gas engined vehicles被引量:4

Composite supports CeO2-ZrO2-Al2O3 (CZA) and CeO2-ZrO2-Al2O3-La2O3 (CZALa) were prepared by co-precipitation method. Palladium catalysts were prepared by impregnation and their purification ability for CH4, CO and NOx in the mixture gas simulated the exhaust from natural gas vehicles (NGVs) operated under stoichiometric condition was investigated. The effect of La2O3 on the physicochemical properties of supports and catalysts was characterized by various techniques. The characterizations with X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectroscopy revealed that the doping of La2O3 restrained effectively the sintering of crystallite particles, maintained the crystallite particles in nanoscale and stabilized the crystal phase after calcination at 1000℃. The results of N2-adsorption, H2-temperature-programmed reduction (H2-TPR) and oxygen storage capacity (OSC) measurements indicated that La2O3 improved the textural properties, reducibility and OSC of composite supports. Activity testing results showed that the catalysts exhibit excellent activities for the simultaneous removal of methane, CO and NOx in the simulated exhaust gas. The catalysts supported on CZALa showed remarkable thermal stability and catalytic activity for the three pollutants, especially for NOx. The prepared palladium catalysts have high ability to remove NOx, CH4 and CO, and they can be used as excellent catalysts for the purification of exhaust from NGVs operated under stoichiometric condition. The catalysts reported in this work also have significant potential in industrial application because of their high performance and low cost.

采用浸渍法制备了不同La2O3含量的Pd密偶催化剂.使用低温N2吸附-脱附、X射线衍射、H2程序升温还原、CO化学吸附和X射线光电子能谱等技术考察了La2O3对催化剂性能的影响.模拟汽车尾气条件考察了催化剂上丙烷的转化活性.活性测试结果表明,La2O3的添加能显著提高催化剂对丙烷的转化活性和催化剂的热稳定性.H2-TPR结果表明La2O3的添加降低了催化剂的还原温度,提高了催化剂的氧化还原性能.CO化学吸附和XPS结果表明,La2O3的添加提高了Pd物种的分散,降低了Pd的平均颗粒度.La2O3的最佳添加量为10%.
