三维正交机织玄武岩/芳纶混编复合材料的拉伸和剪切性能研究被引量:10

本文设计和制作了两种混杂模式的三维正交机织玄武岩/芳纶混编复合材料,分别是层间混杂和层内混杂模式。对其拉伸性能和剪切性能进行了测试和分析,结果表明,层内混杂复合材料的拉伸性能和剪切性能比层间混杂复合材料的好,层内混杂复合材料的归一化强度和归一化模量分别比层间混杂复合材料的高22.12%和16.9%,层内混杂复合材料的剪切强度和剪切模量分别比层间混杂复合材料的高19.61%和26.03%;对于层间混杂复合材料,纬向的归一化强度比经向的高4.06%,但厚度方向上纱线的存在和织造工艺中经纱预加张力的影响,使纬向的归一化模量比经向的降低11.44%。

Simulation on Dynamic Bending Features of Fabric Based on Fluid-Solid Interaction Technique

This paper is devoted to the two-dimensional nonlinear modeling of the fluid-solid interaction (FSI) between fabric and air flow, which is based on the Automatic Incremental Dynamic Nonlinear Analysis (AIDNA)-FSI program in order to study the dynamic bending features of fabrics in a specific air flow filed. The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model for flow and the finite element model (FEM) for fabric was set up to constitute an FSI model in which the geometric nonlinear behavior and the dynamic stress-strain variation of the relatively soft fabric material were taken into account. Several FSI cases with different time-dependent wind load and the model frequency analysis for fabric were carried out. The dynamic response of fabric and the distribution of fluid variables were investigated. The results of numerical simulation and experiments fit quite well. Hence, this work contributes to the research of modeling the dynamic bending behavior of fabrics in air field.

Mechanical and Thermal Properties of Apocynum and Ramie Fiber Mat Reinforced Polylactic Acid Composites被引量:3

With the increasing awareness of environmental protection and rational utilization of resources,natural fiber reinforced composites have shown broad development prospects.Apocynum fiber,known as the“king of wild fiber”,not only has moisture absorption,air permeability,and good mechanical properties but also has many health-related advantages such as antibacterial properties.In this study,four types of needle-punched Apocynum fiber and ramie fiber mat reinforced polylactic acid(PLA)composites were fabricated.Mechanical and thermal properties of the composites were tested and analyzed.The results showed that compared with those of the ramie fiber finish needle-punched mat reinforced composites,the tensile strength and the tensile modulus of Apocynum fiber finish needle-punched mat reinforced composites had increased by 15.3%and 60.1%,respectively.In comparison,the bending strength and the bending modulus were decreased by 21.8%and 7.6%,respectively.Moreover,compared with the Apocynum fiber finish needled-punched mat reinforced composites and the ramie fiber finish needle-punched mat reinforced composites,the Apocynum 50/ramie 50 finish needle-punched mat reinforced composites had the best tensile and bending properties.The after-fracture morphology was detected by a scanning electron microscope(SEM).The thermal properties of the composites were also characterized.It was found that the thermal properties of the four types of composites showed very similar behaviors.

二维/三维玄武岩搭接织物增强复合材料接合性能研究

研究了二维和三维玄武岩搭接织物增强复合材料接合处的性能。这种搭接复合材料是在三维正交织机上,通过改变织造方法和工艺,设计织造了单面阶梯状和双面阶梯状的三维玄武岩织物。设计了两种搭接方式,将玄武岩二维织物搭接到三维织物的阶梯处,并选取四种搭接长度,经过组合分别用真空辅助树脂转移成型技术做成织物增强复合材料。对材料的拉伸和弯曲的力学性能进行了测试,结果表明,双面搭接方法都比单面搭接方法更为有效,对提高二维和三维玄武岩织物增强复合材料搭接接合处的拉伸和弯曲性能更为有益。

采用常压等离子体射流处理退除棉织物上的PVA浆料.失重数据分析表明,等离子体可以直接剥离织物上的部分浆料,尤其当上浆织物在环境相对湿度(RH)为98%平衡后,等离子体刻蚀效果更明显.溶解结果分析发现,上浆织物在10%RH条件下平衡,经等离子体处理后,水洗退浆率更高.电镜照片显示1min等离子体处理过再经60℃水洗后的织物几乎跟未上浆织物一样干净.此外,等离子体处理过的PVA薄膜的吸湿性跟未处理相比,先是有所提高,随着吸湿时间延长,反而下降.
