- 山西汉族正常人群ACE基因多态性频率的分布被引量：2

- 目的应用RFLP方法研究ACE基因插入/缺失(I/D)多态性在山西地区360例汉族正常人群中的频率分布。结果显示等位基因频率Ⅰ:62.4%、D:37.6%,各基因型频率分别为:Ⅱ38.1%、ID46.6%、DD13.3%,各基因型频率与新加坡人、日本人、台湾地区、香港的华人接近,与英国白人和非洲籍人群差异显著。表明ACE基因多态性的分布有明显的种族和地区差异。
