Synergistic extraction of zinc from ammoniacal solutions using β-diketone mixed with CYANEX923 or LIX84I被引量:5

The extraction behaviors of zinc from ammoniacal solutions were investigated using β-diketone (HA) and their mixtures with CYANEX923 or LIX84I. The effects of pH, total ammonia concentration, extractant concentration, anion species and temperature on zinc extraction were examined. The synergistic mechanism was discussed with regard to the structure of extractant and the extracted zinc complexes. It is found that the increase of total ammonia concentration and pH inhibits zinc extraction for all extraction systems due to the formation of zinc ammine complexes in aqueous phase. This effect of HA with CYANEX923 is evidently smaller than that of HA with LIX84I or HA alone system. Effect of anion species on the zinc extraction by HA with CYANEX923 can be neglected, but this effect of HA alone and the mixture of HA with LIX84I decreases in the order of (NH4)2SO4 〉 NH4NO3 〉 NH4Cl.

TiO_2 nanoparticles prepared by hydrochloric acid leaching of mechanically activated and carbothermic reduced ilmenite被引量:4

A new combination method consisting of ball milling, carbothermic reduction and hydrochloric acid leaching was proposed for the preparation of nanosized synthetic rutile from natural ilmenite. The ball milling was employed to grind ilmenite into small particles. The carbothermic reduction was carried out to yield a high titanium slag, which would be easily purified by subsequent leaching procedure. Factors affecting the hydrochloric acid process, namely the leaching time, temperature, and acid concentration, were studied. After leaching and calcining the milled and annealed mixture of FeTiO3/C under the optimal conditions, the TiO2 nanoparticles with size of 10-200 nm and purity〉98.0% were obtained.

EDTA和精氨酸对锌电积过程影响的研究被引量:1

考察了EDTA和精氨酸对Zn-H2SO4-ZnSO4体系锌电积过程电流效率、单位能耗和表面形貌的影响,并运用线性扫描、循环伏安法研究了EDTA和精氨酸对锌电积过程电化学行为的作用。结果表明:EDTA和精氨酸均能提高电流效率、降低单位能耗、改善锌板表面形貌,二者的最佳加入浓度分别为1 mg/L和3 mg/L,锌电积单位能耗均已降到2 900 kW.h/t以下。通过电化学和表面形貌分析可知,EDTA促进锌的析出,精氨酸抑制氢的析出,两者对锌电积过程影响机理是不同的。

Synthesis and Characterization of Cubic Zinc Titanate Doped with Lithium

Cubic (Zn,Li)TiO3 powders were synthesized through a modified sol-gel route including the Pechini process via a three-step heat treatment.The as-synthesized (Zn,Li)TiO3 could be stable up to 1000 °C.The dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent of all the synthesized (Zn,Li)TiO3 samples at different measurement frequencies showed the similar tendency.At the same frequency,the dielectric constant and the dielectric loss tangent of (Zn,Li)TiO3 samples decreased and increased,respectively,with the lithium doping content increase.The as-prepared (Zn,Li)TiO3 showed improved microwave dielectric properties,and its maximum value of quality factor could reach 34000 GHz.

高位阻β-二酮和LIX84混合萃取剂从氨性溶液中萃取铜被引量:9

以Cu2+-NH3-Cl--H2O氨性溶液为被萃水相,研究高位阻β-二酮和LIX 84混合萃取剂对铜的萃取。考察混合萃取剂β-二酮和LIX 84总浓度及相对含量、被萃水相pH值及总氨浓度和相比等因素对铜萃取的影响。结果表明,最优萃取条件如下:β-二酮与LIX 84的体积比为1:1,萃取剂浓度为20%,水相铜离子浓度为3 g/L,总氨浓度为3 mol/L(氨与氯化铵的摩尔比为1:2),初始pH值为8.95,相比(O/A)为1:1,反萃剂(硫酸)浓度为90 g/L。在此最优条件下,铜萃取率接近100%,共萃氨量为36.1 mg/L,反萃率达97%。

Recovery of copper from simulated ammoniacal spent etchant using sterically hindered beta-diketone被引量:4

The solvent extraction of copper from simulated ammoniacal spent etchant with 1-(4'-dodecyl)-phenyl-3-tertiary butyl-1,3-octadione(HR) was studied,and a model of extraction isotherm was proposed and verified with equilibrium extraction constant.The influence of equilibration time,extractant concentration and phase ratio on the extraction of copper was studied at(298±0.5) K.For the spent etching solutions containing 112.98 g/L Cu,6 mol/L NH3 and 1 mol/L NH4+,the optimal solvent extraction condition of copper was obtained in one-stage solvent extraction at phase ratio of 5:4 with 40% HR in sulphonated kerosene for 5 min.The copper concentration in the raffinate decreased to 63.24 g/L and raffinate can be favorably recycled to the etching solution.The stripping studies were carried out with the simulated copper spent electrolyte containing 30 g/L Cu and 180 g/L H2SO4.The stripping ratio is 98.27% from the loaded organic phase after one-stage stripping at phase ratio of 1:2 at(298±0.5) K.

真空碳热还原处理氧化锌矿理论分析及实验研究被引量:11

通过热力学计算和理论分析表明,在真空条件下可有效降低氧化锌矿中氧化物碳热还原反应的临界温度;将蒸馏出的气体进行分段冷凝,可将Pb,As,Cd与Zn分离。实验证实,在多级冷凝真空炉内,可以降低氧化锌的还原温度,在温度1173 K,压强50 Pa条件下真空蒸馏还原1 h,氧化铅锌矿中约96.82%的Zn被还原蒸馏出来,Zn的纯度达到99.95%以上。
