新型红色荧光粉NaLa(MoO_4)_2∶Sm^(3+)的微波辅助溶胶-凝胶法合成及发光性能研究被引量:2

采用微波辅助溶胶-凝胶法合成了NaLa(MoO_4)_2∶Sm^(3+)新型系列红色荧光粉。通过热重-差热分析仪分析了前驱体的热分解过程,运用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜及荧光分光光度计等手段分别对样品的物相结构、微观形貌、发光性质等进行分析表征。结果表明:前驱体在700℃以上煅烧即可得到NaLa(MoO_4)_2的纯相;800℃煅烧所得样品粒度均匀,尺寸约为700~800 nm;所合成的NaLa(MoO_4)_2∶Sm^(3+)主要的激发峰位于307 nm、364 nm、377 nm、405 nm、469 nm处,其中最强的激发峰位于405 nm;发射光谱主要由571 nm、607 nm、647 nm处的三个发射峰组成,分别对应Sm^(3+)的4G5/2→6H5/2、4G5/2→6H7/2、4G5/2→6H9/2跃迁,其中最强发射峰位于647 nm处,说明样品在紫外、近紫外及蓝光区均可被激发,且发出红光。研究发现:煅烧温度为800℃、Sm3+掺杂浓度为0.04时,样品发光强度最大,其浓度淬灭主要是由电偶极-电偶极相互作用引起的。

Defect-related luminescent bur-like hydroxyapatite microspheres induced apoptosis of MC3T3-E1 cells by lysosomal and mitochondrial pathways被引量:2

When orthopedic joints coated by hydroxyapatite(HA) were implanted in the human body, they release wear debris into the surrounding tissues. The generation and accumulation of wear particles will induce aseptic loosening. However, the potential bioeffect and mechanism of HA-coated orthopedic implants on bone cells are poorly understood. In this study, defect-related luminescent bur-like hydroxyapatite(BHA) microspheres with the average diameter of 7–9 μm which are comparable to that of the wear-debris particles from aseptically loosened HA implants or HA debris have been synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis and the MC3 T3-E1 cells were set as a cells model to study the potential bioeffect and mechanism of BHA microspheres. The studies demonstrated that BHA microspheres could be taken into MC3 T3-E1 cells via endocytosis involved in micropinocytosisand clathrin-mediated endocytosis process, and exert cytotoxicity effect. BHA microspheres could induce the cell apoptosis by intracellular production of reactive oxygen species(ROS), which led to not only an increase in the permeability of lysosome and release of cathepsins B, but also mitochondrial dysfunction and DNA damage. Our results provide novel evidence to elucidate their toxicity mechanisms and might be helpful for more reasonable applications of HA-based orthopaedic implants in the future.

Rapid synthesis and properties of color-tunable phosphors SrMoO4:Eu^3+,Tb^3+被引量:4

Color-tunable phosphors Sr_(0.94)MoO_4 :xEu^(3+),(0.06-x)Tb^(3+) were synthesized rapidly by microwave radiation method with active carbon particle as microwave absorbent. The synthesized phosphors were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) and fluorescence spectrophotometer. The effects of the ratio of Eu^(3+) and Tb^(3+) on the phase structure and luminescent properties of the phosphors were discussed. The results show that Eu^(3+),Tb^(3+)-doped samples can be well indexed to the pure tetragonal scheelitetype SrMoO_4, indicating that Eu^(3+) and Tb^(3+) are effectively doped into the SrMoO_4 host lattices. The as-synthesized SrO 94 MoO_4:xEu^(3+),(0.06-x)Tb^(3+) phosphors have two luminescent centers(Eu^(3+) and Tb^(3+)), which can show red and green emissions under ultraviolet light excitation, respectively. Doping concentration of Eu^(3+) and Tb^(3+) has great effect on the intensity of emission peaks and the chromaticity of the samples, and the full color between green and red light can be achieved by adjusting the relative concentration of Eu^(3+)and Tb^(3+).

阳极氧化条件对氧化钛纳米管阵列形貌及光催化性能的影响被引量:1

以阳极氧化法制备了高度有序的TiO2纳米管阵列,采用扫描电镜观察了不同制备条件下得到的TiO2纳米管阵列的微观形貌,分别考察了电解时间、电压、电解液组成对TiO2纳米管阵列形貌的影响;此外,以酸性红3R染料作为标志物,测定了制得的TiO2纳米管阵列片的光催化性能.结果表明,以0.5%NH4F(质量分数)和乙二醇与水按体积比5∶1混合得到的溶液作为电解液,在15V电压下电解2h,得到的TiO2纳米管阵列的纳米管管径适中(60nm)、大小均一、排列整齐.所制备的TiO2纳米管阵列对染料的降解率显著优于纳米TiO2水溶胶的,且其光催化性能与形貌、电解时间及煅烧温度等密切相关.

白光LED用红色发光材料CaLa_2(MoO_4)_4:Eu^(3+)的微波辅助溶胶–凝胶法合成及发光特性被引量:9

以柠檬酸为络合剂,采用微波辅助溶胶–凝胶法制备了CaLa2(MoO4)4:Eu3+红色荧光粉。研究了前驱体的热分解历程,分析表征了样品的结构、形貌和发光性能。探讨了焙烧温度、Eu3+掺杂量、柠檬酸与乙二醇摩尔比和硼酸用量等对样品发光性能的影响。结果表明:前驱体经700~900℃焙烧均能得到目标产物CaLa2–x(MoO4)4:x Eu3+,样品具有白钨矿结构,属于四方晶系。样品的激发光谱在250~350 nm处有一宽吸收带,对应于Mo–O,Eu–O电荷迁移带;在395和464 nm处存在很强的吸收峰,归属于Eu3+的4f–4f跃迁。发射光谱主峰位于616 nm处,归属于Eu3+的5D0→7F2电偶极跃迁发射。前驱体经800℃焙烧所得样品发光强度最大,且发光强度随着Eu3+掺杂量的增加而增大,在x=0.2~1.0范围内未出现猝灭现象。体系中加入适量乙二醇,可以起到细化晶粒、提高粉体分散性的作用,但浓度过高则会降低样品的发光强度;助熔剂硼酸的用量对样品发光强度影响较大,当用量为3%时,样品的发光性能较好。

采用水热法制备了白光LED用NaGd_(0.95-x)(WO_4)_2∶0.05Eu^(3+),x Bi^(3+)(x=0,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08)和NaGd_(0.95-y)(WO_4)_2∶0.05Eu^(3+),y Sm^(3+)(y=0,0.01,0.02,0.03,0.04)系列红色荧光粉,通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜及荧光分光光度计等表征手段分析了样品的物相结构、颗粒形貌以及发光性质。结果表明:少量离子掺杂对NaGd(WO_4)_2的晶体结构影响较小,样品均为四方晶系、白钨矿结构的纯相;颗粒形貌呈四方盘状,且粒度均匀,分散性良好,Bi^(3+)或Sm^(3+)的引入使颗粒尺寸由原来的4μm分别增加至5μm和6μm。该系列荧光粉均可被近紫外光(394 nm)有效激发,其最强发射峰位于614 nm处,归属于Eu^(3+)的5D0→7F2电偶极跃迁。掺杂适量的Bi^(3+)或Sm^(3+)可有效提高NaGd_(0.95)(WO_4)_2∶0.05Eu^(3+)荧光粉的发光强度和红光的色纯度,其中Sm^(3+)的引入对其影响更为明显。

A novel white-emitting phosphor ZnWO_4:Dy^(3+)被引量:1

A new white luminescent material Dy3+ doped Zn WO4 was synthesized by hydrothermal route followed by calcining process. The phase structure, morphology and luminescent properties of as-synthesized samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and fluorescence spectrophotometry, respectively. The results indicated that the sample was pure Zn WO4:Dy3+ only when the p H value of the reaction system was 6. The Zn WO4:Dy3+ sample was composed of spherical particles, and the particle size was about 80–130 nm. The excitation spectrum consisted of a broad band ascribed to the charge transfer transition from oxygen ligand to tungsten ion. The emission spectrum of Zn WO4:Dy3+ was composed of two major parts: the broad band attributing to the intrinsic emission of WO42– and the 4F9/2→6H15/2 transition of Dy3+, and the sharp emission peak corresponding to the 4F9/2→6H13/2 transition of Dy3+. The optimal emission intensity of the Zn1–xWO4:Dy3+x phosphors was realized when x=1.5 mol.%. Moreover, all of the Zn1–xWO4:Dy3+x(x=0.5 mol.%, 1 mol.%, 1.5 mol.%, 2 mol.%) phosphors could exhibit white light emission, which could be potentially applied in white lighting-emitting diodes.

冷白光荧光粉ZnWO_4∶Sm^(3+)的制备及发光性质被引量:5

采用水热法经过煅烧热处理成功制备了ZnWO4∶Sm3+白色荧光粉。通过X射线粉末衍射仪,扫描电子显微镜及荧光分光光度计对样品的物相结构、形貌粒度及发光性能进行了分析和表征。结果表明:在pH值为6和7下,所合成的Zn WO4∶Sm3+晶体结构与Zn WO4相似,为单斜晶系结构,样品颗粒为类球形,颗粒尺寸范围为100~220nm。Sm3+的摩尔掺杂量为0.5%时,发射峰强度达到最大值;继续增加Sm3+浓度,其发射峰强度反而减弱,出现了浓度猝灭效应。在254 nm波长激发下,ZnWO4∶Sm3+的色坐标集中在冷白光区。

用酸性红3R染料溶液模拟染料废水,在可见光强度为91 700μw/cm2,紫外线强度为499μw/cm2的太阳光照射下,研究了纳米TiO2/硅藻土复合材料制备最佳条件,通过SEM,XRD,EDS和IR对样品进行了表征,同时探讨了体系pH、光照时间以及染料初始浓度对光催化效果的影响.结果显示:当酸性水解时间在75min、中性回流时间为2h、TiO2与硅藻土质量比为1∶3的复合材料催化效果最佳.当体系溶液pH=3时,光照时间越长,染料初始浓度越低,光催化效果越好.
