本文基于马克思主义视阈,探讨电子商务对劳动关系的重塑及其复杂影响机制。电子商务作为数字经济时代的重要产物,通过技术革新和市场扩展,不仅改变了传统商业模式,还深刻重塑了劳动关系。其影响体现在劳动主体自由化、劳动形式多元化、劳动过程智能化等方面,促进了劳动关系的灵活与隐匿化。然而,这也带来了劳动权益保障、劳动控制手段隐蔽性增强等新挑战。本文旨在分析这些变化,探讨其对劳动关系的本质影响,为构建适应数字经济时代的劳动关系提供理论参考。Based on the Marxist perspective, this paper discusses the reshaping of labor relations by e-commerce and its complex influence mechanism. As an important product in the era of digital economy, e-commerce not only changes the traditional business model through technological innovation and market expansion, but also profoundly reshapes labor relations. Its influence is reflected in the liberalization of labor subjects, the diversification of labor forms, and the intellectualization of labor processes, which promotes the flexibility and concealment of labor relations. However, it also brings new challenges such as the protection of labor rights and interests and the enhancement of concealment of labor control means. The purpose of this paper is to analyze these changes, explore their essential impact on labor relations, and provide theoretical reference for building labor relations in the era of digital economy.
