随着“一带一路”倡议深入推进,国家急需大量“外语 + 专业技能”的“国别通”人才。高校作为人才培养的重要阵地,对于培养外语学科区域国别学高端人才具有得天独厚的优势。通过SWOT-AHP理论模型及数据分析,以江西理工大学为个案,探讨高校外语学科区域国别学人才培养的现状、机遇与挑战,并提出可行性的实施策略。With the deepening of the “Belt and Road” Initiative, the country is in urgent need of a large number of “foreign language + professional skills” talents. As an important position of talent training, colleges and universities have unique advantages in training international and area studies high-level talents in foreign language subjects. Based on the theoretical model of SWOT-AHP and data analysis, this paper takes Jiangxi University of Science and Technology as a case study to explore the current situation, opportunities and challenges of international and area studies in foreign language subjects talents training in universities, and puts forward feasible implementation strategies.
