In this paper,a detailed description of the English curriculum for college students is offered in terms of its aim, teaching princi-ple,the question of intended and enacted experience,as well as a philosophical analysis of its key elements, including the initiative'sown philosophical underpinnings,as well as an evaluation of its values, including the centrality of experience, education in a holisticsense both on the individual level and the societal level, the values of interactivity of the education system and the negative aspects ofthe curriculum. It is argued that the curriculum is open to both progressive ideals and with its processive character it is likely that it willcontinue to evolve, which parallels the education system's hope that its students will evolve in various ways.
