目的:应用CiteSpace文献计量学方法对中医药治疗多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, PCOS)伴胰岛素抵抗(Insulin Resistant, IR)的研究进程与方向进行可视化分析。方法:检索中国知网数据库和Web of Science核心合集数据库2002~2022年中医药治疗PCOS-IR的相关文献,通过CiteSpace6.1R3软件绘制相应的知识图谱,对作者、机构、关键词共现、突现和聚类进行分析。结果:共纳入中文文献1065篇,英文文献436篇,侯丽辉、Stener victorin、Elisabet分别是中、英文发文量最多的作者,国内对该领域研究成果比国外多且起步早。主要研究内容有中医药治疗PCOS-IR的作用机制、中医特色疗法、中药药理分析、临床疗效观察等方面。结论:研究者们未来会聚焦于中医疗法对PCOS-IR作用机制的研究,注重内治法联合外治法或中西医结合治疗,并尽可能地开展动物试验探讨其起效的作用机理,以期对该疾病临床诊疗提供一定指导。Objective: To visually analyze the research process and direction of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance by CiteSpace bibliometrics. Methods: Search China knowledge net database and Web of Science core collection database related literature of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of PCOS-IR from 2002 to 2022, draw the corresponding knowledge graph through CiteSpace6.1R3 software, and analyze the co-occurrence, emergence and clustering of authors, institutions and keywords. Results: After screening, 1065 literatures were included in CNKI database and 436 literatures were included in Web of Science core database. The author co-occurrence analysis shows that the largest number of publications at home and abroad are Hou Lihui and Stener victorin, Elisabet.
