Two diphenylamine compoundsdiclofenac copper(II)and clofenamic copper(II)were synthesized.The molecular composition and structure of these analogues of SOD were determined by IR spectrum and elemental analysis. The SOD like activity of both analogues of SOD and natural SOD were measured by the modification of NBTillumination method in water solution.The results show that these compounds have good SODlike activities.
The alanine platinum complex are synthesized by potassium terachloroplatinate(K2PtCl4) with alanine in aqueous solution.The features of alanine platinum complex are marked with TLC,DSC,IR spectrum,elemental analysis and anticancer activity external body test.The results indicat that the platinum complex have some anticancer activity.
