This paper explores the high-quality development strategy of Longqi Lake Resort, expounds on its natural and cultural resources and market environment, and then conducts SWOT analysis, and proposes strategies such as tourism product diversification, brand promotion, year-round operation planning and employee quality improvement, aiming to improve the market competitiveness and brand awareness of Longqi Lake.
