The paper summed up practical experiences of key disciplines constructions in municipal hospitals in recent 5 years,and made a detail explanation on how to build the key medical disciplines in medical organizations from the aspects of personnel,financing,and organization management.The constructions of key disciplines management system and mechanism are emphasized in this paper,and will offer some references for the medical organizations to build up scientific development view,adapting to social demand,and facilitating their sustainable development.
