“物理化学”作为药学专业的必修课程之一,在传统的教学模式下,由于内容复杂、理论性和抽象性较强,对学生逻辑性要求较高等原因,很难引起学生兴趣,课堂积极性不高。为解决上述问题,本文进行了5E教学模式课程改革研究,并阐述5E教学模式的各个环节特点,分析5E教学模式的优点。以“热力学第一定律对理想气体的应用”一节为例进行探究其在制药工程专业教学中的实际应用效果,同时对比了应用5E教学模式前后学生成绩,证明该教学模式可有效提高学生课堂积极性,可以大规模应用于教学。As one of the compulsory courses for pharmacy majors, “Physical Chemistry”, under the traditional teaching mode, it is difficult to arouse the interest of students and their enthusiasm in the classroom due to the complexity of the content, strong theoretical and abstract, and the high demand for students’ logic. In order to solve the above problems, this paper conducts a research on the curriculum reform of the 5E teaching mode curriculum reform. And it describes the characteristics of each link of the 5E teaching mode, analyzes the advantages of the 5E teaching mode compared with the traditional teaching mode, and takes the section “application of the first law of thermodynamics to ideal gases” as an example to explore the practical application of its effect in physical chemistry, comparing the results of students’ performance before and after the application of the 5E teaching mode, and comparing the results of students’ performance before and after the application of the 5E teaching mode. Comparing the students’ performance before and after the application of 5E teaching mode, it proves that the teaching mode can effectively improve the students’ enthusiasm in the classroom and can be applied to teaching on a large scale.
