目的:探究淫羊藿苷(ICA)与盐酸米诺环素(MH)联合应用对种植体周围炎致病菌的抑制作用及对骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)成骨分化的影响。方法:采用肉汤微量棋盘法检测ICA与MH联合应用对牙龈卟啉单胞菌(P.gingivalis)和具核梭杆菌(F.nucleatum)的抑菌浓度指数(FICI);通过CCK-8实验和ALP活性实验,优选ICA和MH浓度并将其联合应用,通过RT-PCR和茜素红染色实验检测细胞成骨分化相关基因mRNA的表达和矿化能力。结果:ICA和MH联合应用对P.gingivalis表现出协同抑制作用,对F.nucleatum表现出相加抑制作用。1×10mol/L ICA和1μg/m L MH对BMSCs促增值的作用最强,1×10mol/L ICA显著增强BMSCs的ALP活性(P<0.05)。相比于1μg/m L MH单独应用组,1×10mol/L ICA和1μg/m L MH联合应用组的mRNA的表达水平均显著增高且茜素红染色钙含量最高(P<0.05)。结论:ICA与MH联合应用可提高MH对P.gingivalis和F.nucleatum的抑制效果,以及对BMSCs促成骨分化效果。
高校党建与学生思想政治教育是目前高校应重点把控的核心内容,高校党建对大学生思想政治教育具有主导性作用,思想政治教育是学生党建的“生命线”。本文从新时代背景和研究视角出发,在“一融双高”背景下探索高校党建和学生思想政治教育融合的重要意义,分析深度融合的现状和困境,探讨深度融合的发展路径,构建以高质量党建引领高质量发展的高校学生思想政治教育新模式。Party building and students’ ideological and political education in colleges and universities are the core contents that should be controlled by colleges and universities. Party building in colleges and universities plays a leading role in ideological and political education of college students, while ideological and political education is the “life line” of student party building. Starting from the background of the new era and the research perspective, this paper explores the significant meaning of deep integration between party building in colleges and universities and student ideological and political education in the context of “one integration, two highs”. It analyzes the current situation and difficulties of deep integration, and explores the development pathway of deep integration. It aims to build a new model of college and university student ideological and political education with high-quality party building as the leading force for high-quality development.
